Rule 41
Can apply for review of assessment
A person who is not satisfied with the decision or order made by the customs officer in accordance with Section 13 of the Act can file a petition in the form of Schedule-8 before the Assessment Review Committee for review. Upon submitting the application in this way, a copy of the application must be given to the relevant customs office within seven days of submitting the application.
